For all funded projects, the Foundation organizes systematic monitoring and supervision of project activities, spending funds and compliance with contractual obligations. For projects which are implemented for longer than one year, periodic annual report on progress and financial operations is submitted. Upon the completion of the project, the project leaders must submit the final report to the Foundation. For projects which are implemented in a period shorter than one year, the deadlines for reporting are defined by the call for proposals and the grant agreement. All reports are submitted on prescribed forms. After having received the results of the evaluation of periodic reports, the Board decides about further funding of the project.
